FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions.

What does it mean when stock cannot be confirmed when ordering on our website?
This feature has not been set up through the system we use as it does not link with our brands.
When you place an order, availability is checked by staff before any orders are sent to our suppliers.
If there is a backordered item, we will contact you via email FIRST.
If you are still unsure, you are able to call us or email us.

When will my web order be posted?
Your web order will be processed and posted within 48 hours for OEM parts, 3-4 days for aftermarket parts.
As long as parts are in stock in store, please allow 2-4 days for orders from warehouse.

How long does it take for my web order to arrive?
Depending on which state you are in, please see below:

  • Normal Post: 3-5 Business Days

  • Express Post: 2-4 Business Days

  • Large/Bulky Items in NSW/VIC/ACT: 3-7 Business Days

  • Large/Bulky Items in QLD/SA: 5-7 Business Days

  • Large/Bulky Items in NT/WA: 7-14 Business Days

  • Extra Large/Bulky Items in NSW/VIC/ACT: 5-14 Business Days

I have received the incorrect parts or someone else’s order, what do I need to do?

If you have received someone else’s order, please contact us below straight away. As much as we prioritise on making sure we pack orders correctly, mistakes can happen.
