Shipping & Returns Policy
Free shipping is available only to Australian Residents who place orders over $100. Please note this only includes items that can be sent via Australia Post, and therefore excludes tyres. Also note that oils can only be sent by road freight and therefore express post is not an option for these items. Free shipping is limited to items under 10kg with the dimensions under 45cm x 45 cm x 45 cm (LxWxH). We will contact you to confirm a shipping quote for items larger/heavier than these parameters.
Orders placed before 4pm will be picked and posted by COB next business day. Please note this means final despatch orders for the week must be placed by 4pm Thursday. If you would like your order to be received next business day, please choose the option EXPRESS POST (no free shipping on express items). Australian Postage Details:
Delivery is based on standard Australia Post delivery schedules. 1-2 Business Days, 2-5 Business Days, 3-5 Business Days and Express Post Delivery are based on Australia Post postcode delivery times and may vary depending on your location. If you require an item urgently, we kindly ask that you contact Australia Post for their expected delivery time from our postcode in Jamisontown NSW 2750 to avoid disappointment.
All International orders will incur a minimum freight charge of $40 for orders up to 500g in weight. All orders greater than 500g in weight we will contact you via email to advise the freight charges.
To return an item ordered online you must contact us via phone on 02 4737 9566 or email firstname.lastname@example.org firstly. Only undamaged items can be returned within 30 days from order date (the date you placed the order), in their original undamaged packaging, including tags/labels with a copy of the receipt. Returns will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. If your items were sent free freight, the original cost of freight will be deducted out of your refund balance. Items that are specially ordered in (Part Qty = 0 when you ordered) for you cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for organising and paying for the return of the merchandise. Electrical items are NON-refundable. If the item you are returning is faulty please contact us immediately and directly so we can gather the required information for warranty claims.
Once you item has been sent you will received a tracking number from Australia Post via your email.
